Glossary of Terms
Acutherapy ~ A gentle light-touch therapy developed by Jim Foster. Based on the reflex principle, AcuTherapy promotes a painless touch therapy designed to relieve tension and muscle spasms without rubbing or massaging tissue. It is appropriate for all ages and can be applied in serious injury cases or where other types of bodywork may be contraindicated. It is extremely relaxing and may put you to sleep!
